Found this last week and it’s been on repeat ever since, wakes me up.... repetitive through training twice a day.... pb. Squats for 12 reps.. pb bench press 12 reps.... pb deadlift 12 reps. I’m not a bodybuilder but I’m a big guy 6ft 2... 260lbs but have to be fully functional and ready for action for my job... the only thing I have passion for, no other job would come close.
