My children were on the plane with me and I had to keep it together 😮‍💨 I was so nervous and I used to fly as a child, too. And the service you were thinking about is the unaccompanied minor.

Unaccompanied minor is what it’s called. I agree with you, after trauma sometimes the pain comes months later. I don’t like flying but I try not to think about it, I just hop on anyway cuz I love to travel 😅 Congratulations btw 🎉🎊

I was the same way when it came to flying. I flew all the time as a child and as an adult I developed a fear of flying. I think it’s because the older you get you are more aware. So I always have my doctor prescribed Xanax before a flight and I typically sleep through the entire flight.

I have a fear of flying which I have had for decades. I have been on 12 hour flights where I did not sleep once. But the aftermath of the flight is usually the worst; Because for the next 3-6 months after any flight, I wake up with night terrors, feeling like I am falling. So I do not fly unless its a life or death situation. I hate flying. The fear is so great, I sometimes start having suicidal thoughts whilst on the plane, because my heart is in my mouth and I feel pain in my chest.

I'm on a postpartum weight loss journey! I just want to fit my pre-pregnancy clothes again! So that would require me losing like 4in off my waist & like 2.5 off my hips.
