I have few queries regarding my situation. 1.Regarding work experience , the company with whom I worked initially is acquired by other company so while getting the Experience letter from new employer , is it advisable to ask the new firm if they can mention the company name transition in the letter or do we have to support any other relevant documents to IRCC ? 2. Also, I have a Canadian work experience through the same firm ( onsite IT experience) . I believe this can be counted as an Canadian work experience. The duration of my onshore assignments are multiple for 3-4 months every time . Should I ask the employer to mention this foreign assignment details also in the same work experience letter or is there are any specific process that I need to follow to declare my International work experience 3.Proof of funds:I have an ongoing Home loan,does this impact the proof of funds that I need to show to IRCC ? 4.Police Clearance:I am based out of Mumbai and have relocated thrice in last 3 years (Mumbai itself),then do I need to apply for police verification from 3 different places or just 1 record for same city should be fine ?

1. Letter of explanation will work here. 2. If your payroll was managed by a Canadian company, then its considered Canadian experience. You will need a reference letter from the Canadian company that managed your payroll. 3. Home loan is a secured loan. You own the house against the liabilities. So that won't effect your proof of funds.

The NOC code (Purchasing Agent) in which i have continuous work exp for 1 year i have selected as primary noc code but there is a question in work history “DATE ME FIRST BECOME QUALIFIED TO PRACTICE THIS OCCUPATION. Job duties matter. So if you have selected the NOC 1311, make a reference letter as per NOC 1311 job description. Designation could be different.

Usually employers refuse to write the job duties if those are different from your actual duties. And that case is when you have chosen the wrong NOC initially.

It's fine if it's signed by the head of department. Just make sure that there is a contract number or email in the letter to reach the head of department and he/she must respond if any verification comes. Good luck 👍

My one employer will not issue me reference letter and i also leave that job in 2019 but while leaving they issue me an experince letter. Is that letter is enough to claim that experince as my that organization is a regulatory body, and they could not expose their existence due to security concerns.

Along with the experience letter from that employer, attach a letter of explanation saying why you can't get a reference letter. If the reason is genuine, the immigration officer will accept.

Hi Ankur, if your company is not willing to let you go and ready to give you job once you land in Canada, I suggest you to submit your express entry profile and then ask them for a favor to give you a job offer from their Canadian branch. This will increase your points and you may get the invite at the earliest. Even if your current company sends you in Canada on some projects and you try to find another job here, your chances are good to get a sponsored job, if you have strong experience. Good luck 👍
