The main problem with Vasu sir is he has too much Telugu influence that’s why he tried to impose telugu songs and movie genres on Kannada audience which failed in the long run. We can understand by his words that he has more love towards Telugu language and movies than Kannada movies. then he should have tried in Tollywood itself. Friends was a hit even though it was a remake and even songs were a remake but that won’t happen all the time. He kept on remaking songs and fed them stale to Kannada audience which is obviously rejected. Especially 5idiots songs were terribly presented. He never understood the tastes and preferences of our Kannada audience. Instead he tried to impose Telugu culture on Kannadigas where his offerings were rejected and he failed terribly. Jayshree Devi made many movies according to Kannadigas taste. Vasu is a Telugu fanatic that’s all. How long can we accept movies without originality in songs. Vasu is not a good businessman nor is he a passionate film maker he’s a Telugu fanatic from Karnataka-Andra border.
