Yes, stress can make it worse. Reduce stress and get more sleep and relax. The more stresses you are, acne will rear its ugly head due to a rise on cortisol levels.

the best tip I find is to just embrace your pimple(s) let it breathe and let it be , meaning don't pop it. pimples come and go. I always remind my self that having pimples on my face isn't the end of the world there's so many people who have way worse things like "acne" and to complaining about something so small Is not worth it. I wish you beautiful skin and a happy day if you read this

I’m lucky; I don’t have acne, I don’t particularly break out, and I usually have around 3 spots at the most on my face, but I have a couple of tips, though you may have heard them before: the first one is to double cleanse at least once a day. I like to double cleanse once and then just use micellar water in the evening. You can buy some cheap spot stickers that you apply to a spot overnight and it helps dehydrate the spot and make it smaller. When you cleanse, use warm water to rinse it off and as it said in the video, use cold water to tighten your pores. Just a little PSA: clean your makeup brushes if you wear makeup, and also change your pillow! If you’re sleeping on bacteria for 8+ hours a night, you will break out so change them once a week. You can also tie your hair up overnight for good hair in the morning and also I think it helps to keep the grease from your hair off your face. The last thing is to remember that everyone gets spots and nobody should judge you on that, especially adults because they’ve been there. I tell myself this whenever I get a new spot because that way I can feel better about it and I don’t stress over it. Remember that some day you’ll have amazing clear skin and it will get better, whatever you’re going through. Have a great day/night! :)

@tamerarosely25944 жыл бұрын
Also for acne try an oatmeal face mask. I do it after i cleanse or you can go to sleep with it just be prepared to clean after u wake up. I personally like doing a mask after i cleanse. I leave it on 15 minutes then wash it off. After i wash the oatmeal off i DO NOT dry my face. I found that when your face is damp products absorb better into the skin. I would pat the product into my skin (like toner) until it's a little less damp then I'll follow up with a moisturizer. Before u try the oatmeal face mask do a swipe test to see if you are allergic and if u don't go ahead with the mask. Tell me how your skin is💕💕

My best advice is: At first, go get some really nice skin products for your face. I have dry skin and I use cleanser, toner and moisturizer twice a day. Ask the people at example Sephora what products they recommend for your skin type! Clean your face with the cleanser. Then apply toner on a makeup pad and moist your whole face with it. And then, moisturize your face with your face cream, especially where you have the most redness (if you have dry skin) Repeat this twice a day, in the morning and evening! Another advice is don't use makeup so often! Especially not foundation or powder/bb-cream or something that layes over your face. And if you do, take it of as soon as possible!
