Same I wash twice, deep condition, add leave in and twist with curling cream and oil my scalp. Seems to work for me!🙃

I watch those that make sense to me and choose to explore or not but to religiously just let them shift the way we think and live…. Nope! Exactly what did grease ever do to us!??!

Rmember back when I had a laborious wash day routine too. So glad I'm done with that. I'm down to 3-4 h including waiting times and braiding/twisting, 3 products and thick hair to my waist.

I absolutely recommend using olaplex once a month. I sometimes use it twice, but my hair loves it and I'm retaining a lot more length.

@@glowwithmebri I use the system as -is. I use 3 before I shampoo and condition. If I'm straightening my hair, I use 6 as a heat protectant. I've tried 0 before, but it didn't make a great enough difference for me. When I do my olaplex treatments, I don't use any other shampoos or conditioners.

Thank you so much for this video! My stepdaughter has the same hair texture as you and I've been trying to figure out how to make her hair really moisturized afterwards. I know you said that someone was going to probably blow dry your hair for you but is that something you could do within the same day? Like put on all of those moisturizers and then blow-dry it right away to stretch it out for like braids or whatever?

I'm speaking from experience as I've been natural for over 3 years. Yes you can definitely do that. If you apply a sealant on the hair to lock in moisture and apply a heat protectant you can blow dry on the same day. Blow drying does not remove (at least it should not) moisture when it is well sealed and a good heat protectant was applied. 😊 Hope this helps!

Babe I could never let my hair get to the point it was at the beginning. I’d just end up chopping it all off. Firstly the breakage would be half of it, it would just be snapping. Lastly I don’t have the arm strength. 🙌🏾🎉👏🏾

You can apply it before shampoo but I've found it to be most effective when you shampoo first especially if you have product build up, apply olaplex, then shampoo again and proceed to deep condition.

I really want try that tgin deep conditioner but it has coconut oil in it. Anything with coconut oil my hair automatically hates it and it is hard find products without coconut oil. If anyone has a suggestion let me know. Thanks

Deep conditioners are restorative, not preventative! So unless your hair isn’t healthy you shouldn’t need to use deep conditioners. Additionally, conditioner only needs to sit in your hair for about five minutes to be effective (Steam doesn’t make it any more effective)
