I recommend not to buy sugary drinks…juices, sodas, alcohol included. I stopped buying, no longer had easy access to it in my house and started to notice a difference within a few weeks! For drinks I only had water.

I know that for me personally I wish my family would've have showed more concern about weight gain that often turns into hypertension and diabetes (possibly early death) in my own personal family history vs enabling and practicing unhealthy eating and lifestyle choices.
