Wow....Kano looks so beautiful from aerial view. Kano is a Trading Hub...when I was transferred to Jigawa state from NYSC. We stopped at Kano because is a long journey. I was shocked at how the beautiful city looks and the large markets Gold, textiles, bulk foodstuff etc I got Ankaras there too for my family

Don't be fooled by what you see; the Fulani are getting Fed Govt support at the expense of other tribes and region. The issue of insurgency is a big failure from the government. The top military officers and politicians are benefitting immensely from it. They are taking advantage of the illiteracy of the people and their high level of simplicity. If we can get a serious government, it will be very easy to handle the insecurity.
