I’ve almost finished my first play through of RR and it’s been a blast. Never in a Pokémon game have I had so many “bench” Pokémon so that I can create a different team of 6 for certain fights. Hyper offense+Dual Screens is my bread and butter team but I have stall and balance teams ready as well

tbh the highlight of rhis run for me is ampharos purely bc i myself am what they call,,, an ampharos stan, and by that i mean i used ampharos for the first time in a soulsilver nuzlocke, tanked an earthquake while taking less than half health in damage, got consistent OHKOs on half the pokemon i fought via Magnet-powered discharge, and the feeling of power it gave me was immense. liked and subscribed. 10/10 love it when people discover the sheer power that is Ampharos

Mono Ice playthrough would be nice to see since the matchup for the gyms are actually quite challenging. But RR gave Ice so many toys to play with that they are the definition of Hyper Offense and I would like to see what you would do with them ! Edit: or stall, which is actually surprisingly good. Dewgong, Walrein, Alolan-Sandslash and Avalugg are amazing pokemon especially under hail, the last two especially since they will almost always never get ohko'd with a special and physical move respectively.

Anyone who hasn't played it yet, DEFINITELY read the documentation first and see which pokemon became more viable, because so many did. Meganium got triage as an ability and the grass fairy type, electivire got iron fists and the fighting type with Mach punch and plasma fists. So many dope buffs.

Can you pls do Radical Red Elite 4 mono Unova? I really loved the previous 4 mono region runs! The only mega is Mega Garbodor.... which has a base 135 attack which isn't really bad, but there are many other amazing mons as well!

If you do a water monotype, a good strategy would be getting a pokemon with rain dance and a pokemon with swift swim, preferably mega swampert. If you activate rain with damp rock, the rain lasts longer and swampert's speed is doubled for longer. So you can just power up punch a few times, and outspeed everything else.
