Interesting, you appear to understand the Medusa theme in the official video, but don’t understand that she’s 1. Continuing the theme and staying in character. Medusa was crazy and sang to lure men to their death but they were also harpies when they weren’t beautiful singing creatures; hence, crazy eyes and rage; and, 2. A performance is not an entire staged concert. She is not the only performer. That stage has to work for everyone who performed. Geez.

But her voice never cracked and all that dancing she was doing. And that break in the song was different from the break in the video because they was getting into formation on stage, in the video she danced alone Cronking lol.The faces she was making was apart of the medusa character. Beyonce do the same thing with Sasha character. I thought her stage could have been better also. Beyonce had her name on the stage in one of her performances on BET. Good reviews though and funny.
