I LOVED this video the way you’ve bounced back from the shoot that fell apart is crazy you really love what you do and you can see it even being apprehensive with shooting and setting more boundaries you’re excitement for the shoot is coming through the screen. I also just loved how in depth you went showing us pulling and picking up and the schedule you create for yourself I love a little bts so that was fun. Also the liv pieces that cream dress and the leather set absolutely gorgeous and fit you like a dream. I know you didn’t get to work on the SZA shoot (which their loss btw) but being involved/considered in something like that is so cool and I feel like you’re def going in the right direction so excited for you!! And I know you’ll get more opportunities like that. The end of this video was so fun I loved your little dance break!! I cant wait for pt. 2 love ya! 🩷🩷

you choose arguably two of the hardest pathways in this current creative/artistic sphere which is being a youtuber post 2016-2021 youtube domination and styling which is... always hard. never seen two fields that are more based on luck, sadly. its a dogfight. it also doesn't help that a loud minority alway seem to always get there super fast the reality of success is often so so slow. but you'll get there i've been here since 2022, i can see a future where you hit 100k. and above all i'm praying you fulfill your dreams in styling cuz what else is there baby you gotta defend your honor this is your calling

Just curious what the difference is between assistant stylist and stylist as it seems you all do the same amount of work hahah

really realllllyyyyy depends on the project / person and dynamic in terms of work load!!! I've assisted stylists where I essentially co styled the project but of course get assist credit where other projects I have really just helped lead stylist where they need it as they have done the majority of the work, I simply set-up, unpack, check-in pieces, and assist them throughout the shoot as needed but they have full creative control. Assisting can also be with pulls / pick ups / returns etc and less hands on during the shoot! I have also styled campaigns, but the brand was unable to fly me out for the actual shoot day so because I was not there during the shoot to make final calls etc, I received style assist credit though I sent every inquiry / pull / comm email, pulled everything, made the deck, and did the style out etc! Would have been at the shoot if they could have sent me!! Gets tricky but just have to role with it:/ Then there is wardrobe assist and dressers aside from style assists! so so much more too that I am leaving out !!
