Man, in my freelance world this stuff isn't covered. About a year ago I started asking about workflow. I got the same response, it felt like people thought I didn't know the job. I didn't know I was asking for pre-onboarding, onboarding, the client and buying experience. I actually found you when I stumbled onto Notion for crm. Had no clue what the was either!!! But looking up how to make a client portal led me to you and all of your content. This is just exciting and I appreciate what you give out for free. I'm still taking baby steps trying to piece your templates and a few others together. But, the fact that you give this out is almost insane and I just feel like I'm learning so much more about running my own freelance business. Thank you Chloë!
