I still remember the barbs making memes about roaches with Nicki’s audio, and spraying Lil Kim etc with Raid. (Given, I know the barbs aren’t the only ones, but they are definitely the worst for it). While I believe it’s a culmination of angry, bitter women and entitled gay men, two things they all have in common are the audacity, and the internalized misogyny/misogynior.

The irony is when Nicki dissed Lil Kim and she said I got ‘‘em scared, shook, panicking. I mean Kim was mad she felt Nick stole her style but she wasn’t panicking. However ever since Cardi came out Nicki has been unwell and spiraling online, making mid music and dare I say panicking. It’s been downhill with her and the rap girls ever since. Nicki is not a girl’s girl. She still my fave female rapper though. I hope she can get herself together. She had to epic of a career to tarnish it this way.

I love this video. And it’s something I can apply to Taylor Swift. Taylor always puts her emotional energy towards her work. We know how she feels with every release she makes. Nicki responds to twitter like a GEN Z…. Which makes me question her actions and opinions……. Meghan is doing it through her work and we get to see that development through her art.
