My feeling is that George Clooney was so used to getting any woman he wanted that he grew bored of it all. When anything is too available, men lose interest. But then along comes Amal and I can imagine that as she's beautiful and rich and accomplished, she wasn't having any of his usual bachelor bullshit and his radar perked up at this new thang that was out of his reach. So he realised he met his match and happily gave himself to her with the unspoken understanding (I reckon), that she could walk away at a moment's notice and be perfectly happy without him, if he started any crap with her. Not sure about Simon Cowell because I've not seen anything of him and his missus. But the story is probably similar. Moral of the story ladies is, make sure you make yourself the prize, but you have to be sure you're worthy of being called the prize. You couldn’t have said it better!! The new supply think they won’t be mistreated like the others.
