It's really not that complicated. Fragrance free soap. Non drying. And a clean rag each time. No scented products down there as it causes irritation. She over does it with scents and that probably throws everything off. You don't need that much. Infact over doing it may cause things to be worse

🙋🏼♀️ it’s me! Im allergic too so many soaps/shampoos/conditioners/lotions… or bc my skin is so sensitive they’ll cause MAJOR irritation. The ONLY soaps I can use is Cetaphil bar soap on both my face and body, or Suave Milk’n Honey body wash on my body. The only shampoo/conditioner I can use w/o getting an itchy rash on my neck is Suave professionals almond & coconut. The lotion I can use in Palmers healing cocoa butter lotion WITH coconut oil. It took me years to figure out & eliminate what had my skin so irritated & itchy & burning. And I’ve been using this strictly for at least 4-5 years. To think of how much money I used to spend on B&BW’s shower/bath gels & body butters just to be so miserable, everything burning & sneezing with itchy watery eyes.. I could legit pay off my car 🤦🏼♀️ oh well.. better late then never!

I remember waaayyyy back in high school and even in the workplace people who always seemed to have poor personal care and hygiene and they were teased relentlessly (not by me) and at 54 & watching your videos I just realized they may not have ever been taught or provided with the tools. It’s heartbreaking. I did realize after I had kids & volunteered in their school that there were kids who had dirty feet in their shoes, were wearing the same underwea for days on end. You are taking “difficult/embarrassing topics & helping people who need to know or educating others who don’t realize this doesn’t actually happen (common sense) in every family and you do it with humor & a matter of fact way. You’ve got guts. 👏👏👏. And the way you offer tips for everyone no matter their budget. Sometimes KZbinrs have the most ridiculous routines/products. Like no, I’m not going to buy Gucci potty wipes or La Mer deodorant.

My mom didn't really teach me hygiene. Once she stopped bathing me and I started dressing myself, it's like she never stepped into the realm of my hygiene ever again! She was a very low maintance type of woman who never wore lotion, had makeup that was like 10 years old, and wasn't very clean so I was never taught how to care for myself. Everything I learned was from watching my friends or my own research on KZbin (I'm 25). Even as an adult, I find myself telling her tips I've learned and she has gotten a lot better about being cleaner. I realize now most of my problems (and my sisters issues too) are from her not knowing what to do or how to care for us. I need to get her to stop buying my sisters horrible shampoo/conditioner, get them some wash cloths, and teach them how to care for themselves before they're adults and move out. Mothers play a vital role in their kids hygiene. If they are lacking, so will their children.

In between showers or every once in a while (whatever your body needs) take a bath and soak only in some baking soda. This was really helpful cause I would have trouble with irritation and utis, but it also help to balance some odor. Cause we are putting soaps, sweat, ect on our bodies, sometimes our ph can get messed up down there and the baking soda can help rebalance it.

I stumbled across this video thinking “maybe I’ll share this with my daughters.” For some reason, when we’re young we would rather hear certain things from other people instead of Mom. I wasn’t taught proper hygiene from my mother, so I have been very intentional about teaching my daughters. I demonstrated, discussed and everything, but I like the product suggestions here. My oldest daughter neglects self care sometimes, so I figured she would benefit from this. When she was younger I taught her but I also spent so much time working I don’t feel that I followed up very well. I’m really on my baby girl now though! I have found that balance necessary for family & work life. Thank God! Not only did I enjoy the hygiene tips, but the encouraging word at the end! God bless & keep you Chloe!

She's so real. I'm so glad she's actually explicit on how to clean (not that I'm currently worried) cuz so many other shower routine girls are just like "and you wash down there" ok but how??? Cuz you'll get ppl putting rasberry shampoo on their labia minora like 😭😭😭

We're told this stuff is common sense but I had a neglectful mother and I didn't know about this stuff until I was TWENTY. So you are such a gift to women like me. Thank you.

accutane pills , i took them a while back and they make your skin super dry , but they dry out your acne , which is why you have to moisturized! so to be able to take those pills , you must go to see a dermatologist in order to start taking the pills ! also every month you go back to get more pills you have to take pregnancy tests !

Ik which celebrity you’re talkin about lol , I actually learned how to clean back there from you a while back and have been doing it every since , but back to the celebrity , after I go to the rest room I actually do what she said because I personally feel I that can be a better out come , and of course I clean my fingers and hands afterwards really good !!

I notice with myself that my body scent changes a lot depending on my diet. I’m not saying to cut out junk food, I actually think that cutting out food groups is a really bad idea (unless you’re allergic or have a real intolerance or something). I used to have an eating disorder so I would sometimes eat a lot of processed foods in large quantities for several days or weeks and that would be my diet, and of course this made my body odour a lot worse and also can contribute if you are having gas problems and bloating. I find that now I don’t have odour issues but that’s just me personally. I still eat processed food and stuff but I eat it within reason and also make sure that I’m getting all the basic nutrients I need so I feel good and balanced. This will also just help give you more energy for better hygiene. Disordered eating can rlly mess up your hygiene tbh because it’s so based around shame and self hatred that you don’t end up taking care of yourself properly. Start showing yourselves love!!!

Girl, I watch you just cause I LOVE your personality! So awesome and real and down to earth and sisterly, and great humor too. I'll admit I don't wash and scrub and bathe so aggressively, I have sensitive skin and I can't afford to wash away my microbiome cause that's when I start having problems with odor. But I keep watching your videos because you're awesome and fun and I will keep watching your videos because you are YOU!

Wash down there with enough water every time after 1&2 once you're fully done wiping with tissue ...I'm Muslim, 22 and we're taught to do it since childhood....you won't experience any dark spots, itching, odor or anything if you follow it .
