For the people with sensitive skin, we can still smell good without all of the extra harmful chemicals on our skin. 1. Dove Sensitive Skin Bar Soap w/ Dove Sensitive Skin Body Wash (use baby cloths) 2. Apply a unscented lotion. 3. Apply a perfume oil on top of the lotion. Perfume oils are oil-based, not alcohol-based. 4. Invest into scented whipped Shea Butter. This is scented, but it moisturizes so much better than lotion.

If you absolutely have to use any body mist/perfume on your skin, make sure to apply Vaseline to your skin then your sprays! This creates a extra barrier since perfumes/body mists are so drying and irritating.

I started doing it when I moved into an apartment and my apartment size washer broke and I won't use the laundry room because bed bugs are still a thing so hand washing works better for me. The water in my apartment gets boiling hot and Lysol makes a clothes sanitizer so the clothes get much cleaner. Washers hold bacteria I found out.

ORAL HYGIENE - floss ur teeth (floss b4 brushing!!) - brush (manual, not electric toothbrush and random toothpaste) - brush teeth and gums a bit - tongue scraper - smart mouth wash (no other mouth wash keeps ur breath fresh all day) SHOWER ROUTINE - double cleanse body (pink dove beauty bar and body wash) (Use products that make u smell good, and match the smells!) - shave armpits - apply lumi body wash to all *stinky" areas Too lazy to finish this but here are my own tips! 1. Use products that make u smell good and match the smells! 2. My routine: dry brush, soak in bathtub for ~20 mins, pink beauty bar, exfoliating glove, dove renewing body wash, cold water rinse, Nivea rose body lotion and some rose body oil. Spray with perfume and body spray right away! Lastly, deodorant (dove 0% zinc rose) Summary: dry brush, double cleanse + exfoliate, scented lotion, scented body oil, perfume, (lots of) body spray, deodorant -the reason why I use an exfoliating glove is bc 1. Saving money on body scrubs that u have to refill, and 2. loofahs actually harbor bacteria! Also, African nets are rlly good! And washcloths xx - best overall body care brand is 100% dove! They're super affordable, you can find them LITERALLY everywhere and they take good care of ur skin and body! - letting your skin soak and get softer before exfoliating is a must! Also, exfoliating before shaving is really important! - body oils make ur skin glowy and soft~ - clean ur more sensitive areas (behind, kitty, armpits etc) for the duration of the abc song! Like, sing the abc song when u clean there and when you reach z, u can stop

Yea! I’d recommend going for a dial anti bacterial soap because that’s the best for cleaning you and preventing odor. It’s literally called a deodorant soap because it removes dirt, removes , prevents and stops odor from coming. Literally I never stink and you can get it from the dollar store or a pack of the bar soaps for like 2 dollars.

❤ OMG I love that radio!!!!!!!! 😅😅😅 But on another note, here’s my little tip for oral hygiene 🙏: I use lots of toothpaste (seen that in a previous video of yours and YES GIRL it makes a difference!) But -I brush my teeth first, then I get a shot glass and fill it with mouthwash, and after I rinse the flosser under the sink, I dip it into the mouthwash. -If you have cavities, Using antiseptic mouthwash will help prevent infection (like an abscess tooth) -until you can see a dentist. ❤ But girl I swear, dipping your tooth floss into mouthwash has been a life saver for great smelling breath and overall oral hygiene. 💫 note: I’m only this extensive in the morning. At night I usually brush my teeth and that’s it ❤ Thank you for your amazing videos!!!❤❤❤ - I FORGOT TO MENTION: After brushing/flossing, I brush my teeth AGAIN, then use mouthwash ❤ 🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎂🎁

For people with sensitive skin! 1. Use a dove soap bar or a body wash. Please use normal wash cloths. 2. Apply no lotion with no scent. Because it can break you out easily with a scented lotion. 3. Using shave butter is greasy but makes your skin so soft. 4. Don't apply so many perfumes on your body. 5. Stop using so much toothpaste! You'll make your teeth feel so sensitive . Which will not be good. All done!

Hey ! You can use a body mist if you only have body mists. When I feel like using body mists you can put Vaseline or Aquaphor on your pulse points and spray them there. I did this with Aquaphor and my body mist lasted till the next moring!!

I've been using White Spruce Lume cream for years on the netherlands and feet sometimes. I can't deal with wet pits so no I don't use it there anymore. The white spruce smells like crisp, clean soap and works really well keeping stink away.

😂😂that’s why i never make myself smell strong because perfume smells different to everyone. My cousin uses marc jacobs daisy and it literally smells like dead cats to me and old lady like but to her it smells heavenly

i mean as long as you feel like you smell good and you feel good about it then it doesn’t matter what they say. i personally wear fragrance for myself and not for anyone to compliment (a plus if they do)
