I think the last valve section in the 2nd poolrooms can be skipped by doing a crouch jump over something, Not sure if that one is or isnt allowed in no glitch runs, randomly found that one when i was playing this game with my girlfriend.

at 1:47:00 the bacteria didn’t fall off and die. if you go too high up (close to 0.2’s floor) then the bacteria just respawns.
