Nice job! Have you looked into the espresso powder that King Arthur Flour carries? I think Sur la Table stocks it as well. It's supposed to be optimal for those who enhance chocolate recipes with a bit of coffee.

+Blending With Henry If your branch carries King Arthur products, they might very well carry it. I don't like coffee, even in tiny increments, but if I were going to use it as a chocolate enhancer, KA's is the one I'd use--I'm a big fan of their line. +ABOlsen69X The 32oz Vitamix container is perfect for making the cashew cream. The tamper certainly isn't needed for a simple task like that.
