The only downside of Choco is everytime a charmed enemy running around, you subconsciously evade them and get into trouble such as running into actual enemies, when things got crazy it's hard to tell if the pink enemies are charmed, or did they turned pink because of the visual effects

Nah im with Irys on this one. You can literally build any kit on Irys as long as you max her Normal Attack first DPS? (Normal Attack only mode) Grab her Soda and Credit Card + Kaela's glasses to upgrade her Normal Attack Tank/Healer? Get Horns and the Bat Sticker maxed out with Full Meal and see her never die Coin Farm? Max the golden skull sticker and watch yourself get 150000 coins before 20 mins

aki rose if you combine a collab that applies status effects like frozen sea with mukirose the skill that procs an attack on any enemy getting a status effect. you essentially get a whole screen of fists, I think that is my favorite of the new additions

She's really OP, especially when you're playing her on solo-main weapon only. I mean with that, all you need to care about is to increase her critical chances and damage output, you can also done this by increasing the number of syringe through stamps, which adds two more into addition, thus you have 7 times, to deal critical, which may leads to AOE critical heals.

Choco-sensei is freakin good chara in holocure with crit and heal build if you get real good with it the nurse's horn will proc crit heal and crit heal proc nurse's horn. Not to mention the insane amount of charm from crits.

Chocosen is currently my favorite character. You can go full heal tank build and still get massive AoE damage from the Nurse skill that procs like every second. The only problem is that heals and therefore heal damage doesn't scale, so you can't do anything crazy like going very far past 30 minutes.

Imagine having greed and super super chat very early in the game. With the charmed enemies inheriting Choco's atk and speed, they're basically missiles at that point and you'll clear every boss in no time.

Choco is the first new character I Gachikoi'd, she's so fun to play. The massive screen wide crits whenever you heal feel so good, and the mechanic of turning fans into your allies is also extremely fun. Such a great character. Also extremely strong haha

OP if you can increase crit chance and special build up. Had Horns, Sheep, Piki, Bandage, Costume, and GWS, along with stickers to increase speed and projectiles and Eldritch Horror. Basically had a forever horde of minions. And anyone that got close was converted.

demon whisper is OP, but choco cooking is meh coz of the low droprate, the droprate should be like korone, okayu or fauna since it needs 5 instead of 1 for heal.

You don't understand, Choco cooking is a permanent +60% crit multi, which is one of the biggest damage boosts any character has in their kit. With 50% crit, that is the same as having a face mask with no downside which also heals you periodically. (She double heals too, so her skill set is like having one of the best damage items, and one of the best healing items, Full meal, for free). Choco wants to build crit anyway, since she deals screen wide damage whenever she crit heals (Which uses your crit stat to determine if you crit or not), so you always go GWS on her, which on its own leads to about 50% crit with full shop. So Choco has one of the strongest multiplicative damage boosts out of any character, which also heals her (The heal is secondary, but it helps to proc her multi crit damage on heal). You take Nurses horns on her, and have the healing on her main weapon when awakened, which will proc Nurse multiple times per second, where each proc does about 250-300 damage almost screen wide, and this happens multiple times per second on top of all the other damage your regular weapons will be dealing. She just has more damage in her kit than any other character by far, while also having some of the most healing out of any character as well (Though with good play the healing isn't necessary as everything will be dying so fast you won't take any damage anyway). That said, she's not a good Hardcore character, as her kit doesn't help much with Hardcore survivability.

@@1stCallipostle Sora wasn't a mid tier character. She was like top 5 last patch with Miko, Mumei, and Roboco. Either way, Kay Yu doesn't go out of his way to nerf things unless there are clear exploits present

Choco definitely shouldn't be nerfed, she's very strong and winning Halu 5 on any map is a breeze with Choco, but there are more broken things and characters in the patch. Mostly, it's the Fandom system which makes almost all the characters OP as you get such a head start. Of the new characters, it is hard to say who is really the strongest, as all of them have their own broken abilities (Aki belly dance oneshotting Nodoka on Halu 5, Matsuri with guaranteed invincibility every 12 seconds, Mel with infinite life steal and screen wide damage from her bats, etc), Choco is strong and imo one of the most consistently strong, but not any more game breaking than the other available Talents imo. When looking at older characters, IRyS is still OP in many cases, one of the strongest characters for a multitude of strategies, Bae has the highest innate damage out of all characters, Gura is just Shion but stronger in every way, etc. None of these characters were nerfed really and are fine as they are imo. The game will get harder with more stages added, and right now the issue is more than the available power the player gets is so high relative to the challenge of the stages, if you have max upgrades and are Gachi on any character, it is a breeze to win Halu 5 on any stage, with any character, because the power available is simply so high. As more stages are added, this may change, or maybe it remains as it is, which is fine, as the joy in this style of game is to become powerful as you go and then do things like pushing high score, pushing kill count, pushing gold farming, pushing survival time, or doing self imposed challenges to make the game more challenging, etc. As well as just playing and trying out fun combinations of weapons and items on your favorite characters.
