Whaaaat, this is the first and only video I have seen that teaches us to only warm up until 34 degrees and you are good to go. What about the 40-45 degrees and then reducing to 31 by adding fresh chocolate? Are we sure this works the way she tells us?

Hallo, ik vond het een fijne video, ik weet alleen niet hoe hoog mijn magnetron moet. Mijn magnetron kun je niet instellen op watt maar op low, medium low, medium, medium high, high, extra high... welke moet ik gebruiken?
