This is a recipe for chocolate avocado mousse made with agar-agar.

*1 cup = 240 ml
*1 tbsp = 15 ml
*1 tsp = 5 ml

Ingredients:
🥑 Avocado mousse
75 g (1 qty) ripe avocado without pit
240 g (1 cup) whole milk
3 g (1 tsp) agar agar powder
25 g (2 tbsp) granulated sugar
🥑 Chocolate mousse
300 g (1¼ cup) whole milk
3 g (1 tsp) agar agar powder
15 g (1¼ tbsp) granulated sugar
75 g (2.64 oz) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped small

Hasil: 7 cm x 16.5 cm x 6 cm tinggi loyang

25 g (2 sdm) gula pasir
🥑 Puding coklat
300 g (1 cup) susu segar
3 g (1 sdt) bubuk agar agar
15 g (1¼ sdm) gula pasir
75 g coklat semi-sweet/coklat hitam, dipotong kecil
