Chocolate Baked Donuts & Wrapping：Cup measure, No butter

Good evening☺Thank you for watching my video.
Today's recipe is for baked doughnuts, which are easy to make by simply mixing the ingredients.
I have added a lot of cocoa to make them rich and moist.
▷Ingredients (for 6 pieces)
1 whole egg
5 tbsp (40 g) cane sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp (30g) milk
7.5 tbsp (65g) rice flour or cake flour
2 tbsp (16g) cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon (2g) baking powder
2 tbsp (28g) salad oil
65 g sweet chocolate
Chocolate crunch
coconut flakes
white chocolate
▷How to make:
1. Add the ingredients in order from the top and mix well.
2. Lightly grease a donut mold, fill with batter, and bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 10-15 minutes.
3. Remove from the molds and top with melted chocolate.
