This is a recipe for churros that can be frozen with a crunchy texture.
There is no complicated preparation, and since they do not require an oven, they can be made and eaten right away.
The dough is simple, so sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and dip in more chocolate for a very tasty snack.
The dough can be softened depending on the moisture content of the flour, so if you find it difficult to put it in the frying oil, put it in the freezer for 20 minutes to harden and make it easier to fry.
You can also squeeze and form the dough, then freeze it in a ziplock or similar container. When frying, you can fry them as they are without thawing.
You can also use a plastic squeeze bag, but it is difficult to squeeze, so a cloth squeeze bag is recommended.
If you put all the dough into the bag, it is very difficult to squeeze it out, so it is easier to make it by putting in a little at a time, squeezing it out, and repeating.
▷Ingredients (for 8 pieces)

1 g salt
140 g water
30 g vegetable oil
1 whole egg
flying oil
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
100 g sweet chocolate
10 g vegetable oil
▷How to make
1. Sift the cake flour and the bread flour mixture together in a bowl.
2. Combine sugar, salt, water, and vegetable oil and bring to a boil. Put the mixture into the bowl and mix quickly.
3. Crack in the whole egg and mix until blended.
4. Set the jagged tip of the bag in the middle of the batter and fill the bag 1/3 to half full with batter and squeeze out the batter in desired shape.
5. Heat oil to 170℃, add churros, and fry for 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
6. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon to make cinnamon sugar. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the warm churros after the oil has evaporated.
7. Melt the sweet chocolate in a pan of boiling water, add the thick white sesame oil and mix.
