If I would do these I would cut some corners in baking them. I’d just whisk whole eggs together in the base because if you add flour and oil into it the end result will be the same. And for the mint creme, I would mix cream, sugar and yolks as when doing vanilla creme but instead of vanilla extract adding some mint extract in it. ☺️
