Hello....chef you really teach very nice..i have a question please answer me is it necessary to join a institute for learning cake baking or i can learn from you tube or any other site? Sometimes i think when there is a teacher like u is available then why to join such type of institute and spend so much amount for learning cake baking. After Watching your videos i get Confidence that i can learn without going anywhere you really made it very easy for people. Pls ans can i learn from watching online and Practicing at home?

Maybe he used milk with added sugar ..... And you can use fruit juice to wet cake in fruit cake ..i mean if you are making pineapple flavour cake then you use pineapple juice on the sponge cake before applying cream!😊
