1 cup cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough:
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
1 whole egg

We tried this "experiment" in high school where you put the same mixture but in a ziplock bag and put the bag in a tin can like a coffee can and fill it with ice and rolled it around on the floor for 4 hours -__- it sucked lol. You could just find a cheap ice cream maker or just buy ice cream...

Lynn Adams Maybe add salt to the ice? I've heard that lowers the temp enough for the ice cream to start freezing, but because it's moving it keeps ice crystals from forming and keeps it creamy.

I suggest putting the ice cream in a glass bowl and popping it into the freezer. After every 30 mins take a whisk and whisk the ice cream. Keep doing so until you have the desired consistency ! It works wonders. Trust me!

You can put it in the freezer as a liquid but would have to take it out and mix it every 20 minutes or so, so that it gets the ice cream consistency :)
