The recipe was so easy to follow, even for a clumsy noob like me, and the cookies were gooey, chewy and straight-up delicious! Mine turned out a little bit more Levain-style because of some alterations I made out of necessity, but that's a good thing! I also doubled the recipe and stuffed the second half of the cookies with an Oreo each. Great combo!

Honest no fake review: I made these cookies. The inside part with the nutella is the highlight, tastes amazing. The texture I was so amazed, it’s so thick and tall and satisfying to eat. The dough itself it’s good, it doesn’t even taste homemade, like a cookie you would buy in your grocery store. The dough itself is not AMAZING, but it’s good. Without the nutella inside these cookies would be just good, but the nutella inside and chocolate chips makes these cookies taste AMAZING. 8/10

I made the cookie dough recipe just for this Nutella stuffed cookies, so it is expressly made to stay crunchy (without brown sugar that gives too much chewyness for this kind of Nutella stuffed cookies) and different to other usual chocolate chip cookies recipes (less sweet). It is thought to match perfectly with the creamy sweet Nutella filling :)

Hi dear i used granulated white sugar since i didnt have caster and they turned out amazing. They taste really yummy I baked 2 cookies 1st to try them and they looked underbaked so i baked them for 20 mins they were still soft but the more brown they are they dont taste good and dont smell nice later The next batch i made 12-14 mins and they were perfect inside out! Hi! So I’ve tried this recipe, my butter mix turned out very slippery, I it might of been I didn’t perfectly have every single ingredient! 😅I’m refrigerating they cookie dough balls and then going to bake it tomorrow morning! The batter tasted so nice, even though I haven’t tried the finished product, i have a feeling it will be amazing! I definitely recommend, but make sure to get every single thing on the list, unless you are 100% sure you have the right thing already.

I've followed the recipe completely but the mixture was pretty soft and very sticky. The cookies are currently in the fridge waiting to be baked after an hour, hopefully they turn out amazing like they look in the video 😍

I love the thick texture of the cookies. Does the Nutella solidify when the cookies cool down?

Hi Mita! No, Nutella filling stay creamy and gooey even for 5 days after you bake the cookies! I think it could stay creamy even for more than 5 days, but we usually finish the cookies before :D The secret is to don't overbake the cookies. In my oven I bake them for 10 minutes, just until the edges are golden brown. Let me know when you try them! You can find directions and extra infos written in the infobox under the video. Hugs

Hi dear, im super excited to try this recipe looks delicious! I bought all the ingredients but i couldnt find caster sugar. I do have granulated sugar. Im thinking to grind it but should i grind it and then measure according to recipe or measure and then grind? Plz let me know thanks!

No problem Mary, caster sugar is not essential, you can substitute it with granulated white sugar. If you use cups to misure it, you can grind some of it and then you can mesure it. If you use grams and a kitchen scale, you don't need to grind the sugar. Let me know how they turn out and send me a picture on Instagram! Much love

I give you an advice: remember that if you bake your cookies too much, the Nutella center won't stay creamy but it will become dry; so, if you want a creamy Nutella core like in my video, don't overbake your cookies. You can bake your cookies with fan option (if you have fan in your oven), upper and lower heat. I can't wait for your feedback 😉😘

Tried First time and it was already a hit. Trying this again for a farewell gift. Thankyou for being existed. 🙏🏼 Ps. I want to tell everyone the changes i made. I used melted butter instead of firm. Since where I live its very hot here. The butter melts quickly. And then later on i put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Everything was back to normal again even with the melted butter. Secondly, i use big chocolate chunks instead of nutella. And i used the same grated chocolate instead of chocolate chips. It came out perfect.
