Ciao Valentina, Come Stai. I would take a pan of those muffins over any birthday cake. I'm off to the market shortly and I was hoping to get some Butternut squash and Acorn squash. Looks like I'll have to get a pumpkin too ☺️. You are so right about the fresh pumpkin. I usually get a few of each and bake them off then portion and freeze. Do you bake your pumpkin.? @@HowTasty Ciao Valentina, Come Stai. I didn't get any pumpkin at the market this week, they didn't have any except very small ones that people use for decoration. I did get some Acorn squash and it's delicious. I like to make them in the oven and season the flesh with maple and butter. I was going to try some muffins but I didn't have any baking powder so I made yeast pancakes with the squash instead. Not bad. Have a Blessed and Beautiful Day. Hello! It's not so easy because sugar has a different consistency than maple syrup, it's not just about sweetness. You should try to use 110 g of maple syrup, but you probably should cut off some milk or the muffin batter turns out too runny and they won't turn out well!
