I've never been one for cooking shows. I guess it was because most of the recipes weren't what "real" people eat, plus the hosts were usually as personable as a rock. However, Nadiya has me hooked. She's sweet and energetic and most of the recipes I've come across so far have been things that I can make for normal, everyday meals or desserts.

Can you substitute whole milk for the cream somehow? Non homogenized milk? I don't usually use animal ingredients if I can't ethically source them myself locally, and the closest I can get to cream is non homogenised milk.
@andrewf46236 жыл бұрын
janewright315 no because the chocolate would split and it would just be grainy and gross. If you can ethically source milk then I don’t get why you can’t use cream.
@Lalscell905 жыл бұрын
Not really you need lots of fat. I would say to try full fat coconut milk for the ganache. And look up coconut whipped cream.

@janewright3154 жыл бұрын
@@Il0vescarecrow this type of idiotic sentiment is exactly why the planet is drowning in trash. Because of selfish pricks like you who cant seem to think past the point of what is in front of them at the moment. Education system really has failed.

@@janewright315 this video is about baking not about environmental issues. And plus these balloons deflate over time, she could recycle these
@janewright3154 жыл бұрын
@@Yasin_2312 That is the most idiotic thing I've heard in some time. Things don't exist in a vacuum. Damage is done regardless of intentions. If the intentions are truly good, one would not be a selfish git for something one can do without. Also, they are not recyclable and contribute to trash either in landfills (not taking manufacturing into account) or kill wildlife while trashing the rest of the planet.
@Yasin_23124 жыл бұрын
@@janewright315 well I don’t know because I’ve never bought a balloon like that. My problem is that this video is nothing got do with this video so please stop talking about environmental shit. Go somewhere else
