Recipe of Chocolate Fudge Cake
Ingredients
42g Cocoa Powder
175g Hot Boiling Water
70g Melted Chocolate
125g All Purpose Flour
25g Cornstarch
150g Brown Sugar
110g Salted Butter
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 Baking Soda
1 tsp + 2 pinch Baking Powder
Tin - 8 x 8-inch Square Pan
1.Preheat the oven to 175 degree Celsius
2.Line a square pan with parchment paper.
3. In a bowl mix together hot water with cocoa powder, melted chocolate, vanilla essence and butter until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
4.Sieve the dry ingredients.
5. In a medium bowl, mix the eggs & sugar .
6. Add in the cocoa mixture and mix it.
7. Gradually add in the flour and make a batter.
8. Once combined, pour the batter into the prepared tin.
8. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the center comes out clean.
9. The cake is done when it springs back when gently pressed on top. A toothpick inserted in the center of the pan comes out clean or with a few crumbs remaining. Do not overbake or the cake will be dry.
10. Remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
11. Invert it to cool on a cooling rack to cool completely.
12. Spread Chocolate Ganache on top and Enjoy 😊

1. Heat the cream and pour over chopped chocolate and mix it.

Hey Shivani , thank you so much ❤.. I would really suggest you to please buy a simple sasta rs 250 wala weighing scale, as for baking - accuracy is very important.. I will try to create recipes with cup measurements but these tried and tested recipes are done using weighing scale

You can replace eggs and use condensed milk or aquafaba(chickpea water)

@@pakeezameher382 thank you. But am sure addition of condensed milk is surely going to change the texture and taste of the cake since only brown sugar is being used as sweetener. Aqua faba May work though

@@RashmiD-je9eq if you are using condensed milk,you don't have to add brown sugar bcoz condensed milk is already sweet and if you want to maintain that texture using brown sugar then go for aquafaba,I know it won't taste the same but that's the replacement anyway 😃
