Recipe of Chocolate Fudge Cake
Ingredients
42g Cocoa Powder
175g Hot Boiling Water
70g Melted Chocolate
125g All Purpose Flour
25g Cornstarch
150g Brown Sugar
110g Salted Butter
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 Baking Soda
1 tsp + 2 pinch Baking Powder
Tin - 8 x 8-inch Square Pan
1.Preheat the oven to 175 degree Celsius
2.Line a square pan with parchment paper.
3. In a bowl mix together hot water with cocoa powder, melted chocolate, vanilla essence and butter until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
4.Sieve the dry ingredients.
5. In a medium bowl, mix the eggs & sugar .
6. Add in the cocoa mixture and mix it.
7. Gradually add in the flour and make a batter.
8. Once combined, pour the batter into the prepared tin.
8. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the center comes out clean.
9. The cake is done when it springs back when gently pressed on top. A toothpick inserted in the center of the pan comes out clean or with a few crumbs remaining. Do not overbake or the cake will be dry.
10. Remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
11. Invert it to cool on a cooling rack to cool completely.
12. Spread Chocolate Ganache on top and Enjoy 😊

80g Fresh Cream
160g Dark chocolate
Method
1. Heat the cream and pour over chopped chocolate and mix it.
