Thanks for your video... If I use this as a cake filling before covering the whole cake with buttercream.. hope it won't melt and affect the buttercream frosting that was used for the cake decoration

No it wouldn’t. It's stable.

Also, is the whipping cream you added cold?? And I don't think I have seen liquid whipping cream before just the powdered one

No it's not cold, just room temperature. You can mix the powdered one with some water. (1 cup of powdered milk to 1 cup water).
