INGREDIENTS
For the Chocolate Jelly
80g dark chocolate
200 ml milk
200 ml all purpose cream
5g unflavored gelatin powder
2 tbs water
2 tbs sugar
For the Chocolate mousse
120g dark chocolate
50 ml whipping cream
In separate bowl
300ml whipping cream/ all purpose cream
