Warm water 30ml
Vegetable oil 20ml
Caster sugar 30g
Cocoa cream
Heavy cream 150ml
Cocoa powder 5g
Caster sugar 10g
Ganache
Chocolate 20g
Heavy cream 15ml
Mold size: round pan 13cm
Baking time & temperature:
Bake in a preheated oven at 145°C (293℉) for 38 minutes ( Top & bottom heat)
