Yes, the Swiss method is not as technical as Italian but more forgiving than the French method because of a more stable meringue. Have you tried it?

Mine has a thin shells and no feet, but after i baked it has no hollows just thin shells. Am i overmixing the meringue?

I tend to overtake mine using this method and have hollow shells. I bake @ 300 for 18 min, with 20 min rest period.
