Yep. Done. Ready to ice in probably 10mins cakes are still a little hot. Now? In the beginning you must have Popeye arms. I mixed by hand for 10/15mins and it was real claggy like. I ended up continuing whilst putting kettle water in. Also. They sunk a wee bit. My bad I sifted the flour and what not. Oh, I also gave up stirring and used beater 🫣. I'd say hence the sinking 😖. But. Tastes Effin awsome

That cake is wicked!!. I suffer from migraines...have done so for many years. I find oranges, ripe bananas, cheese, anything with msg or 621 in it, & unfortunately chocolate.
