Today's recipe is for chocolate muffins that you can make as soon as you think of it.
It's easy to make because it's complete in one bowl, so there are fewer steps and less dishes to wash.
Muffins take a lot of time...bringing the butter and eggs to room temperature, emulsifying the eggs....
This recipe can be made with cold heavy cream and eggs fresh out of the refrigerator.
If you are making this with cake flour, please do not add potato starch and adjust the flour from 80g 〜.
▷Ingredients:
70g rice flour
20 g ground almonds
10g potato starch
50g~ sugar
4g baking powder
100 g heavy cream or whipping cream
1 whole egg
70g~ sweet chocolate
▷Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
▷How to make:
1. Place all the flour ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. 2.
2. Add heavy cream and eggs and mix well until blended. 3.
3. Chop the chocolate to taste and add to the mixture.
4. Put the muffin dough into a squeeze bag. (It is recommended to put the muffin batter into a squeeze bag because the batter is looser than muffins made with butter.)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 20-25 minutes.
6. Immediately remove from the molds and allow to cool.
