Less oil, less sugar, and low fat are the characteristics of this chocolate soft oat bread, and although the bread looks dark, it tastes really great. If you do not add chocolate beans, the bread will be lower in calories, and this bread does not add milk and eggs, is a "vegetarian" bread, if you do not like butter, you can also replace it with coconut oil and corn oil, wish you success in making bread 💪

Ice water 210g
Salt 2g
Brown sugar 20g
Whole wheat flour 30g
Quick-cooking oatmeal 20g
Low Gluten Flour 25g
High gluten flour 200g
Unsweetened cocoa powder 15g
Instant dry yeast 4g
Butter 10g (can be replaced with coconut oil 🥥 / corn oil)
Chocolate beans 30g (can be added or not)
Oven: 180˚C / 356˚F Bake for 22-25 minutes

謝謝貓力老師,按著步驟一步步做真的會成功! 做了好多次啦,家人跟朋友都很喜歡~這一款無蛋無奶又添加全麥粉跟即溶燕麥,美味又健康! 不過我太偷懶了,懶得整形進烤箱,想許願這個配方的麵包機吐司版本XD

面包机版我也做过,就是所有材料放进面包机,就不要管了,哈哈哈,但是拍出来不是很好看啦,所以就没有拍😊😊

我的室温高,怕面包变质,所以我没有室温保存过面包😋做好的面包我都会切片,密封冷冻,这样可以保存两周以上!如果想吃,拿出来解冻,或者用微波炉直接加热20到30秒,就和刚出炉一样美味🥰
