What about a Coffee & Cream Townie? You make the tart and brownie as per your instructions, but instead of topping it with more chocolate, how about topping it with a light mousse and serve it with a coffee ice cream or topped with a coffee mousse and serve it with a vanilla ice cream?

Just made this recipe and in my opinion (and my whole family's) it turned out very very sweet.. I followed the exact measurements and I was shocked how much sugar and chocolate I had to use... In the last chocolate topping (ganache) i halved the amount of chocolate because it was simply too much and it turned out better than the inside brownie filling. Nevertheless thank you very much for the recipe and Love your channel! :) x
