Catatan
Maizena bisa dikurangi
Bila ingin lebih lembut tambahkan 1 kuning telur, terigu di sesuaikan
Topping
150gr dark coklat compound cair
40-60gr maizena (beda tipe coklat beda kebutuhan maizena, beda cara cairkan juga beda hasil, jadi nanti maizena di sesuaikan)
Spuit Wilton no 21
Panggang dahulu sebelum di isi coklat
Suhu 150C selama 20 menit
Isi dengan coklat dengan spuit wilton no 21
Panggang kembali suhu 150C selama 10 menit

Economical Nutella Cookies
100gr margarine
100gr butter
50 gr powdered sugar
50gr cornstarch (can be 25gr)
25gr of powdered milk
40gr almond powder (can be replaced with oreo or regal powder)
50gr chocolate meses
a pinch of salt
278gr low protein flour
Reference print no 201 like video or smaller no 101 or 106
Notes
Cornstarch can be reduced
If you want it to be softer, add 1 egg yolk, adjust the flour
toppings
150gr liquid dark chocolate compound
40-60gr cornstarch (different types of chocolate, different needs for cornstarch, different ways to melt it also have different results, so cornstarch will be adjusted later)
Wilton syringe no 21
Bake before filling with chocolate
Temperature 150C for 20 minutes
Fill with chocolate with a Wilton syringe no 21
Bake again at 150C for 10 minutes
