yes there are two types of chocolate couverture and compound.. if you are a beginner then you should use any good quality of compound chocolate.

Hello sir please tell at what temperature we should melt chocolate, at what temperature we should pour the chocolate on table ,please tell the temperature, I have done as u said but completely melt after taking from the fridge, if u free please do vedio with temperature details, u said jyada temperature na ho , that means at which temperature how can we know

For chocolate garnish best temp to work is 26 c, and the temp when u melting the chocolate should be 40 c
