Chocolate Walnut Cupcakes:
Ingredients
Sugar 130gm
Oil 65gm
Yogurt 65gm
Egg 1
Water 80gm
Flour 112 gm
Baking powder 112gm
Baking soda 4gm
Coco powder 3gm
Walnuts 40gm
Ingredients for frosting:
Whipped cream 300gm
Dark chocolate 250gm
Chocolate powder 80gm
Cream cheese 100gm
Method
Mix sugar , oil , yogurt and eggs , now add all the dry items and pour in cup cake mould , now bake on 175 degree for 15 min. for icing heat cream a bit and add chocolate powder now add cream cheese and chocolate and frost the cup cakes and serve .
Eggless chocolate rose cake:
Ingredients
Sugar 312gm
Flour 200gm
Coco powder 93gm
Oil 156gm
Milk 187gm
Yogurt 93gm
Baking soda 10gm
Baking powder 10gm
Vanilla essence 2drops
Salt 4gm
Warm water 93gm
Method
Mix sugar and milk then mix in yogurt , now mix all the dry ingredients and then add water now pour this in mould and bake on 170 degree for 40 min , now spread ganash and add grated chocolate on cake and serve .
