Banana Chocolate Swiss Roll :
Ingredients:
Bananas 208 gm
Eggs 5
Sugar 166 gm
Flour 166 gm
Baking powder 8 gm
Oil 58 gm
Vanilla essence few drops
Chocolate 100 gm
Cream 100 gm
Method
In a bowl add bananas and mash it well. Then add in eggs and sugar. Mix well. Now add vanilla essence and mix well. Then add flour and baking powder, fold it properly. Now add oil and mix well. Then add the batter into 11x15 baking tray and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 c for about 20 minutes. Lastly melt together chocolate and cream and add the ganache onto the swiss roll. Serve.
Chocolate Fantasy Cake:
Ingredients for Cake:
Sugar 260 gm
Oil 131 gm
Yogurt 131 gm
Eggs 2
Water 160 gm
Flour 225 gm
Baking powder 8 gm
Baking soda 6 gm
Cocoa powder 40 gm
For The Frosting:
Dark chocolate (melted) 200 gm
Cream cheese 100 gm
Dark chocolate 320 gm
Malt chocolate powder 80 gm
Chocolate 20 gm
Condensed milk 50 gm
Method:
For The Cake, in a bowl add eggs and sugar. Mix well. Then add oil, yogurt and water. Mix well. Now sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder. Add to the wet ingredients and fold properly. Then add the batter into 7x7 mold and bake it in a preheated oven at 170 c for about 25 minutes. Once the cake is baked remove and allow it to cool.
For The Frosting, in a bowl add all the dry ingredients and sieve well. Then melt chocolate and cream cheese. Now in a cream add condensed milk. Then add all the ingredients and allow it to cool. Add the mixture into the machine and whisk well. Lastly add the frosting onto the cake and serve.

Chefs from Milkyz Foods are talented and they know their work very well.Moreover they are humble and polite but Shireen Apa doesn’t look like the fan of bake house. Chef’s tool and the products they are using are key element in Tuesday show but Shireen Apa doesn’t show or promote milkyz choco haze or their baking tools like she always do for ITALIA or other paid sponsors. I think Milkyz Food need more publicity because they are sending their chefs beside their own KZbin channel and Apa is taking them for granted. Apa you should encourage Milkyz food as well because these chefs are real gems.ITALIA is just the brand like Mundial.
