INGREDIENTS
Note: Use 3/4 cup sugar for traditional sweet bread. ½ cup sugar listed below will give you a mildly sweet bread that is good with a cup of tea or coffee.

1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 1.5 oz 42g
1/2 c sugar 3.5 oz 100g
2 large eggs 3.5 oz 100 g
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup grated zucchini - 1 medium zucchini
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 oz 58g
