I saw last night About a Boy again, it never ceases to amaze me how riveting the movie is and how beautiful the songs by Badly Drawn Boy are. Why didn't they get Oscar nominations or simply an Oscar. Hollywood Academy members are blind and deaf apparently.

This is one of those songs that seep into your soul, and also proves you have one for unwittingly letting it become meshed into your very fabric. Just booked tickets to see him in April in Sale for an intimate Q and A session. I am very excited about this. Being in the presence of reluctant greatness will be an honour. But man, this song. This and Around the block. They both own me when I hear them.
