Cholecystectomy After ERCP for Choledocholithiasis

Hello, need you help to explain in a simple language of what the below means as extracted from my mother's radiologist's report. Midly CBD noted measuring up to 8.2mm. At least 2 small sense stones together noted at mid and lower end, measuring about 4mm and 5.2mm. The intrahepatic ducts are not significantly dilated. No other intraductal stone seen. Gallbladder is well distended. No stone or wall thickening. The liver span is normal with homogenously enhancing parenchyma. Diffuse fatty changes noted. Small cyst noted at left liver lobe 1cm. No suspicious focal lesion or enhancing mass seen. She is going to go to remove the stone. Thanks
