Yami Russi, US foreign policy is an international disgrace and in violation of International Law. Look at the mess we Americans caused in Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan. Libya, Iraq, and Afghanistan would be thriving if we had not interfered. Then there's the death and destruction we caused in Yugoslavia, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Panama, Chile, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Korea, Guatemala, Grenada, Somalia, Iran, and now Syria. All for no good reason at all!

When Cuba invited the FBI to Havana in 1999 to receive evidence of terrorist groups in Miami committing terrorism in Cuba how did the FBI respond? No actions against the terrorists! They arrested the 5 Cubans in the US who collected the evidence! Their trial and their imprisonment is a disgrace!

And what kind of action are they capable of? Everyone has an equal say in decision making? Decision about what? Is everyone supposed to decide your own affairs? And how do you think to organise that? Voting is exactly supposed to ensure that everyone in a community has an equal say in what concerns everyone. There is a difference between voters and non voters, the voter assumes that he/she has some sort of say so in the illusion of a Democracy, in other words they are in a system of illusion involved in a corporat system, so when the so called system gets unbalance as we have seen they trumpet to a cause against it, in some group outward form, this group will demand some sort of action by the legislative authority, this is their error when in fact what is happening is only against what in there creative authority under Article 1 section 8 of the Constitution "for the United States" not a state Constitution in the first Union only the second Union. The overall trap is to get the masses to beleive that they have a substantive right to vote when in fact it is a privilage via the so called 14 th amendment. Now, with all this most people in a general since do not read anything much less the Organic laws which most have no idea of or even exist. Congress itself is in recess and always has been that is why every two years there is a new only not a continuing body which never ever happened for the only continuing body is the Senate which owns both the congress and the President of the United States which are all employees by Oral Oath, which means non are responsable, while the U.S. President only conducts business for the employees under him. Ask yourself why only U.S. citizens can vote in your state?. The Word STATE and state are two different meanings by definition while the word STATE is reference to the Federal not once original state constitution. Its all word art, but you have to understand it in your own mind, they are not going to teach it to anyone. What you also have to understand is most have been educated in a public school and they are not going to realy lay out the truth, they are all controlled without them knowing in most part. Free inhabitants do not vote, but have all the privileges and immunities of state citizens and only a state citizen can become a Citizen of the United States and has to be 18 and 7 years a Citizen of the United States which means one has to live in territory owned by the United States of American like Washington D.C., Quam, Porto RIco, Virgin Islands, Marionas some port, fort and needfull building within or a National Park of which is questionable. When the United States was running out of territory to govern they created the birth certificate and monotised it then the social security act, drivers licences and much more paper that are all fictions of law. What realy happened is George Washington set up a Roman type of government in the United States a business plan, but not in the states of the first Union only in the District of Columbia and all the responcability falls on the free inhabitants to recognize it by not voting and watch it all go away without confrontation, but you have to know how it works and get ones head in order.
@alfonsogutierrez921810 жыл бұрын
The U.S. constitution is defined for many as an illusion. It was written by the elites for the elites. Both James Madison and Thomas Jefferson--whom were the main framers, and two of the founding fathers that were libertarians--made it very clear that the new constitutional system will be form so as to secure that the local militias and the government will , in their own words "protect the wealthy minority against the poor majority" and remove anything like agrarian and democratic reform. So the system was set up for democracy and liberty to fail.

If it had no structures of power, it would be an anarchy. Democracy means "rule by the people" and "rule" implies "power". But even thoug, if both Israel and the US were, as you say, non-democracies of the same kind, my point would still hold true: they share something that makes them suitable as partners. And that was the original question, Mr Gnett!
@klemens333319 жыл бұрын
In our present capitalism, business ambitions are boundless in every sense. - This is, because most capitalists are pure "materialists" and thus, their ambitions are rather based on satisfying their sordid greed than providing truly beneficial goods or service to consumers. They are least interested in furthering our noble cultural values, since to them “anything that makes them money” is far more important! They rather seek to exploit human weakness, such as young people’s immaturity. - For instance they know that most young people have lots of "wants & wishes" (since most of them are still unaware of their true needs) and so, instead of guiding them to save up the money, they teach them the culture of borrowing money at high interest rates. - Here in Chile the banks and lenders successfully created this type of “taking credit” culture and derive most of their profit from this sort of business. Thus, many such deceptive marketing schemes, goods and services on offer are designed to deceive gullible consumers. This is what devalues modern capitalism. Consumers in capitalist countries suffer greatly from these flaws, because the increasingly economic inequality between capitalists and consumers seems out of control. Albeit the level of minimum wages are controlled, prices of consumer goods and services remain uncontrolled and hence, it is in this way capitalists gain unfair advantage and consumers do not seem to notice it or do something about it! Thus, the capitalist rot continues to erode the system ...and yes, something can be done about it: If minimum wages are set according the consumer price index then this will benefit all; i.e. the whole economy of the country, for then non-of the both entities will be able to outdo or deceive one another. Thus, the question remains: Why it is not done? The answer can only be: ...for capitalistic materialists are unwilling to be honest and fair to workers/ consumers. This is what happened in Hitler’s Germany! - I asked a German gentleman, who passed through WW I & II, what really happened? He told me that the minority of super rich held all the housing properties and privileged positions, raised the living costs to an unsustainable level and so, made everyone suffer greatly. Hitler knew who to blame for it and promised to do something about it... and so, sadly did. Albeit nobody wants a repeat of this kind of history, similar unfair capitalistic/ economic trends are again on the raise; indicating that materialists failed to learn their lesson from history! The gap between the rich and poor continues to widen boundlessly, like a cancer, gradually corrupting the whole body (system) and so, the danger exist that it might soon again provoke such an undesired historical event.

Chomsky makes another hyperbole. He blanketly says half of US spending is on military. That is true, but he gives the impression that that spending is mostly on military weaponry. This is not the case. The increase in military spending is due to veteran benefits such as money for college, spousal and children benefits, medical care costs, food, and other supplies. I think its disingenuous for him not to clarify specifically what the increase was.

what i understand from what you say is that people in the US are motivated by fear more than anything else, and there must be an enemy to keep the process going on. so spread the word show that the real fear comes from within. it is also using the fear even though we might thing it is the real one. the reason why i like Chomsky is that he has a vision, but i still think we have lost a great opportunity the time the soviet was here to be continued

I have no idea what you mean by that. And it surely has nothing to do with the question I was trying to answer.
