Hi, is there any fees or permit before flying a drine in floating village? Ive heard Drone is not allowed in angkor wat, but how about in floating village?

Apsara authority regulates drones within the Angkor sites. You can get a permit from them. It is pricey, so mostly worth it if youre making a funded documentary. Outside of that area and in Phnom Penh near the palace area, I don't know of other places with regulations.
