I think my favorite part about this album is that the first and last songs are about the Ship of Theseus but in different ways. The first two songs are about the literal Ship of Theseus, while the last two are about the philosophical concept of the Ship of Theseus. And bridging those are the middle two. By being the ship's perspective it's simultaneously about the literal and philosophical Ship of Theseus. So basically the album Ship of Theseuses itself from being about the Ship of Theseus [literal] to being about the Ship of Theseus [philosophical]

You know, when the first came out, I loved the Gothic Whore so much that I was excited, hoping we'd get a greek parable album with things like Cassandra, Minos, Narcissus, Oedipus (not like that, creeps, his story is sad af), or Orpheus and Eurydice. What I got instead was the FUNNIEST PRODUCTION EVER, ALL BASED ON A SINGLE THOUGHT EXPERIMENT, and also a pretty relaxing time. I like it. Compared to my original hope, I'm obviously disappointed, but I'm still more than satisfied that you made an entire album, all titled Ship of Theseus, all variating a song as if you were making a musical ship of Theseus XD "if we change every part of the song, by the end of the album, is it still the same song?"
