@@fatisummer9106 But your hair won’t grow healthy and longer if it’s damaged at the bottom 😕
@RoxanneLavender Жыл бұрын
@@N0FVC3N0CVS3 I've noticed that some white hairdressers look at kinky natural hair and just off the bat call it dry and damaged, because that's how they see that kind of texture. Because white people's hair get's kinky when it's damaged badly by heat and bleach. Also though, the hair grows from the root, and damaged end isn't gonna stop it growing at the root. I personally will cut split ends off my hair one-by-one whilst watching tv shows, my hair is certainly healthy enough and almost reaching my butt. I've been to the hairdressers/salon twice in my life, and both times i realized that i am better doing my own hair. I'm in England though, and not in a big mixed city, i have mixed hair and the hairdressers here pretend they know how to do mixed hair, but they don't, i will never trust them. 25yrs of doing my own and other people's hair though, i'm pretty good at it at this point so, cutting, dying, styling, braiding, etc etc.

I will say that you have to find the RIGHT salon for ebony hair in Korea. They actually GREW my hair when I lived there. My hair was like buttah. They used very little products. They were very receptive to any products or brushes/combs that I brought in with me. I went weekly. Loved it. I will say if you go to the wrong salon, you will walk out of there bald-headed 🥴😬😬😬 Ijs. Very important to call the salon first, ask if they have experience with ebony hair, ask for prices, ask what services are offered, ask if you can bring in your own products, and discern if they are friendly towards Melanated people. Most times they are. The hair drying techniques are phenomenal, spas are exceptional, and the service is second to none. A true inexpensive treat. I love that you came prepared and were open to the experience. You also advocated for yourself which is a must when abroad. I love Korea! Truly enjoyed my experiences there.
