Choose the right brushes for digital landscape painting

Good advice on not getting too caught up in choosing a brush. There are times I hem-and-haw about brushes, and you're right, once you back out to the whole painting, you can't actually tell what the brush was.

Thanks! Not like brushes are bad exactly but they get in the way. Once you are comfortable with painting with simple brushes, you can go nuts!

Hi, great advice… I have come back to paintings after a day or so and have zero idea which brushes I used. Always appreciate tutorials on creating brushes. Would definitely be interested in that. Thanks

Same for me, I have no clue. I usually just grab whichever one comes up and see what it does. At the end of the day all they do is make marks, its what marks you make that is the important thing. I will have a look at creating brushes, there are a lot of options in there but you can ignore most of them tbh.
